Terms and Conditions
These terms cover the cozyaudio.net website and the MorphTone audio plugin ("the Software"). Cozy Audio is operated by Illia Koshovyi, an individual developer based in Kyiv, Ukraine ("we", "us"). By buying, downloading or using the Software you agree to these terms.
Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's own buyer terms, shown at checkout.
Your license
- A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. You are buying a license, not ownership of the Software.
- One license key may be active on up to two computers that you own or control.
- You may use the Software for personal and commercial music and audio work. Audio you make with it is yours.
- You may not resell, rent, share or publish your license key, or copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Software, except where the law gives you that right regardless of these terms.
Trial
The trial version works in full for 14 days from first launch on a computer. After that it needs a license key to keep processing audio.
Activation and updates
Activation needs an internet connection once per computer. We provide all 1.x updates at no extra charge. We may charge for a future major version.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Details are in the Refund Policy.
Reference material
You are responsible for having the right to load any recording you use as a reference. The Software analyses the reference on your computer and does not copy any part of it into your audio.
Third-party components
The Software includes open-source components. Their licenses and copyright notices are shipped with the installer.
Warranty and liability
The Software is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be free of errors or fit a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
Ending the license
We may end a license if these terms are broken or a payment is reversed. You can stop using the Software at any time by removing it from your computers.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
